If you use a program like Blender, you may notice render previews look different from the final rendered image. This happens for a number of reasons, mostly related to swapping between Eevee and Cycles, or if you are applying certain post-processing effects.
Why Preview and Render Are Different Explained
Different Render Engines: Blender Viewport Preview using Eevee for more quick previews, and Cycles in Final renders for more realistic results (but Slow). In contrast to Cycles (which uses ray tracing), Eevee does real-time rendering, and this results in different lighting/shadows/reflections.
Viewport Settings VS Render Settings: Though the Viewport is often able to use simplified settings in order to boost performance, the final render uses more computationally complex calculations. In your Render Properties make sure that the viewport and render are matched.
Post-Processing: While Denoising, Depth of Field and Bloom does not show in the preview, but they are still applied to the result during final rendering. Change these to Compositor or Render Settings for a more accurate preview.
Lighting and Exposure: Lighting found within the Viewport might not be as intense or faint per the final render. Keep your World Lighting and Exposure the same in preview vs render.
